Frequently Asked Questions
Reservation

If you have a regular driver’s license and driving experience, you can rent cars in our Economy Class and Standard Class. For Premium Class and Luxury Class, you must have held your license for at least one year.
Note: During peak season (as designated by our company), all vehicles require that you have held your license for at least one year.

We also recommend purchasing optional insurance (AXCELIA Care) to cover any potential incidents.

Our reservation site allows bookings from the next day onwards. However, same-day rentals may be available depending on inventory. Please contact our staff via chat or phone for inquiries.

Yes, of course! If you need a car for more than a week, we recommend our monthly rental option, which offers better value than daily rates. Please contact our staff via chat or phone for more details.

 

Our reservation site allows bookings up to 90 days in advance.
For reservations beyond 90 days, please contact us by contact form.

We apologize, but we cannot store personal vehicles due to safety concerns and limited parking space. We recommend using public transportation to reach us or parking at a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

You can make a reservation online 24/7, 365 days a year through the “Online Reservation” section on our website. During business hours, you can also book via phone or chat. We offer a “Prepayment Discount” for online reservations, so be sure to take advantage of it!

Vehicle

Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with “わ” license plates as per the law.
“れ” plates are not available.

Yes, small pets are allowed if they are kept inside a carrier, and they must remain in the carrier at all times while inside the vehicle.
If any traces of the pet being outside the carrier are found, a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged. Please understand this in advance.

We apologize, but all our vehicles are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected, a cleaning and deodorization fee of 30,000 yen will be charged, regardless of insurance coverage. Please understand this in advance.

Yes, all our vehicles come standard with GPS and an ETC device.
Please note that there may be differences in the age and performance of the GPS depending on the vehicle.

Please use your own ETC card.
ETC card rentals are also available (for a fee).

ETC card rentals are only available for pickup and return at the Ginza Saloon and Narita Airport Saloon.

If you would like to rent an ETC card, please be sure to select either “Ginza Saloon” or “Narita Airport Saloon” when making your reservation.

Please note that ETC card rentals are not available for satellite locations due to the need for specialized ETC settlement equipment.

In the event of vehicle trouble, please contact our shop during business hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). If the issue occurs outside of business hours, you can contact the insurance company associated with the vehicle’s insurance (nighttime support available).

If an accident occurs, please contact the nearest police station and follow their instructions.

Payment

Payment can be made at the time of vehicle pickup or during online reservation (prepayment).
Payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, QR Code Payment.

If you exceed the return time, an extension fee of 2,200 yen will be charged for every hour.
The maximum return times are as follows:

  • Weekdays + Saturdays: Until 10:00 PM
  • Sundays and Holidays: Until 8:00 PM
    If you exceed these times, the return will be considered the next day, and a full day extension fee will apply.

Yes, a receipt can be issued.
If you inform us of the receipt name in advance via phone, chat, or email, we will prepare the receipt for you on the day of rental.
Please note that if you request a receipt on the day of rental, it will be provided upon vehicle return.

For those planning long-distance travel, you can use the expressway at a special rate with an ETC card. (A deposit is required at the time of departure, or you can settle the payment at the store upon return.)
